[According to Microsoft](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/end-of-support?r=1), this means no more security updates, patches, or technical support will be available for Windows 10 after this date. In alignment with this policy, [Autodesk has confirmed](https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/moldflow-insight-forum/autodesk-will-drop-windows-10-support-in-october/td-p/13329209) that its software will **no longer support Windows 10**, including widely used products such as **Moldflow** and **Fusion 360**.   This change will significantly impact organizations that rely on Autodesk tools across **infrastructure** and **manufacturing** sectors. If you’re still running **Autodesk 2022 or earlier** on Windows 10, it’s time to start planning a migration strategy—before software issues, integration failures, and security vulnerabilities begin to impact operations.   ## What Happens If You Delay? Autodesk products—especially those integrated with **GIS, PLM, PDM**, or **ERP tools**—depend on OS-level compatibility and consistent system updates. Delaying your upgrade could lead to: - **Software Installation Failures**: Instability with future Autodesk versions on unsupported Windows 10 systems. - **Security Gaps**: No OS-level patches from Microsoft and no Autodesk workarounds. - **Integration Disruptions**: Broken workflows between CAD ↔ GIS, CAD ↔ PLM, or other connected systems. - **Workflow Bottlenecks**: Failures in automation routines or file compatibility. - **Emergency IT Costs**: Last-minute infrastructure fixes are often expensive and disruptive.
